As I near the end of the first week on the WW program, without attending an official meeting, I think that things are going well. I have been aware of what I have been eating. I didn't snack during the week, there were doughnuts in our staff room every day. This weekend, however, I have found how hard it is to keep up with the program when out in the real world. I have gone over my points each of the last 3 days. I have not exceeded my bonus points though so it has not been a total loss.
After losing just over 2 pounds over the first 4 days, it will be interesting to get on the scale on Monday and see what the effect of the weekend eating is. I am convinced that this program is going to work for me. I will need to address my issues with eating out with friends and monitoring how much food I actually eat.
