This morning I learned that eating a lot of pasta and rice is not conducive to rapid weight loss. Yesterday I had pasta for lunch and chicken and rice for dinner. While the food was good, I think that the carbs were what may have caused a little weight gain for the day. I had only exceeded my points by 2 (still within my points range with my extra points).
We will see tomorrow. I had a lot of protein for meals today. Still down 3 pounds for a week and 1/2 on WW. Getting excited for our first official meeting on Friday. I am hoping to get a lot more resources to help me with my weight loss.
