My first WW meeting was on Friday. Unfortunately, it was an informational meeting so there was no weighing in and I didn't get to actually start the program. I was very disappointed so I started searching the internet for an alternative while I waited two weeks for our meetings to officially start.
On Sunday I found an app for my iPhone called iWatchr. The app allows me to count WW points and track them over time. I am able to put in my own foods and there is a WW calculator that converts Calories, Fat, and Fiber into WW Points. I was able to find the WW method for setting the number of points I am allowed each day. The best part of the app is that every time I open my phone my points for the day are right on the home screen. That will definitely help keep me on track.
For the last Two days I have been keeping track of all of my food and WW Points. I haven't gone over my allotted 34 points either day. I am off to a good start.
Today, I weighed myself at school. 222 pounds.
